Staff is very easy to talk to and they really take the time to go through diagnostics with you. HW is by far the most thorough shop I've ever been to and I appreciate their complete inspections and diagnoses. They offer a loaner vehicle if yours has to stay at the shop, and they keep you informed of progress made every step of the way.
The boys at the shop were very helpful! Came and picked up my vehicle, serviced it, called and updated me, AND dropped it off. Exceptional communication and very professional. I’ll definitely return!

I appreciated the thoroughness of inspecting my car, providing me a written report with documentation of the findings and prioritizing the work needed.
