Was a great experience and was able to identify what was wrong and what needed fix, They were friendly and was able to put me in a loaner car for the mean time, unfortunately I wasn't able to get it fixed due to financial id go back and have my truck worked on by them!!

I had my son’s car in for routine oil change and tire rotation Thursday. As usual Honest Wrenches did a complete overview of the car and found some items that needed addressed. Everything was explained with detail and costs so I could make a decision. They don’t pressure you into doing any service they just want you to know what’s happening with your vehicle. I appreciate their complete overview of each vehicle I bring in so I am aware of issues.

Wonderful experience. I explained what I wanted done the came up with a reasonable quote. It all worked as planned on top of it they gave me a ride home and back. My old truck is like family and they treated it like their own. A very positive experience.

The courtesy inspection and services provided were very detailed, making me even more comfortable with the service and parts being provided. They were there to advise me and not sell me on something. My wife says that I shouldn't talk bad about the repair shops we have used in the past that haven't given us the service that we felt we paid for. So I wont. I will say that we finally found the auto service provider that is at the top of their game. Everything they promised they lived up to. They couldn't have been more informative, courteous, or HONEST. From the first phone call to the return delivery at my front door with a business card bottle of water and a thank you. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review just to be sure the repairs were legit. My truck runs great, best in years. THANKS HONEST WRENCHES!
