I found Honest Wrenches in March of 2019 when my check engine light came on. The mechanics were leaving town for training, but they took my car in and got me set up with a loaner the same day I called (which was SO appreciated) and told me they’d reach out once they were back. When they did inspect the vehicle, a detailed report (including pictures and notes) was sent to me via text to look over before Josh called to discuss the needed repairs. My car was still under partial warranty, and Josh and Joshua bent over backwards working with the warranty company and the dealer (even driving my car to the dealer themselves) to get some of the repairs covered. What wasn’t covered they did in house, staying in communication with me every step of the way. They took a stressful situation and with their fabulous senses of humor and detailed knowledge of what was being done, turned it into a great experience. Even with oil changes, it feels like I’m going to a family member’s house to have them look at my car. Each time they have your vehicle, they do a detailed inspection to make sure any issues are caught and repaired before they become problems. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and at the end of the day want to make sure every one of their customers is in a car that is safe on the road. I appreciate these guys more than I could possibly convey in an online review. Thank you so much for everything you guys do for all of your customers! I would (and do!) recommend Honest Wrenches to anyone looking for a mechanic for life.

Honest Wrenches does a detailed inspection Everytime your car goes in for service. They take pictures of everything they check and point out what has an issue and why, and a video is included to explain it, which is sent to you via a text message that you can refer back to. They will bend over backwards to work with your schedule, including providing free loaner cars while your vehicle is being worked on as well as picking you up and dropping you off. Glad I followed up on a coupon sent in the mail because it is a night and day experience working with them and any other repair shop I have been to.

Great customer service. Love that they have courtesy cars available. They always fix my vehicle up right and I feel secure that I am driving a safe car when they take car of it.

They are professional, efficient and friendly. I have been taking my vehicles here and I have no complaints at all. They are always honest about what my vehicles need. It's better than the dealerships.

The staff and mechanics were very helpful and explained what was needed, things that could wait and just overall the condition of my vehicle. They even told me I don't need breakpads. The last place I took it told me I needed my breaks all done. Thanks for a good experience and for the dunkin doughnut. It was delicious.

My experience was amazing they went above and beyond to help me and even picked up my car from my job and dropped it back off as a courtesy which was so convienient and they have very affordable pricing I will forever bring my car back to them because they really care and are all about the customer

Absolutely amazing mechanics!! We had taken our car to 3 different locations for a recurring issue, where the car would not start. The dealer told us it was a wiring issue, and would be over $4,000 to fix. The second said it was a battery problem, and the 3rd would not even look at it. Honest wrenches took the time to do a thorough inspection, and found out it was our starter. They worked with our warranty company, and got it covered. When it was done, the owner picked me up at my house to come get it. They even followed up a week later, just to make sure everything was good. I can not recommend this place enough.

Free loaner vehicle and that aren’t trying to make you spend more money than you have to. JD is the best!!!
