5 stars should be 10 realistically. For years I've been trying to find a mechanic or shop I can trust with my car - to say it simply, I've been screwed more then a few times this year by certified dealerships and I'll never go back to another dealer as long as Honest Wrenches is around to work on my car! I only wish I would have gone to them sooner - I paid a hefty price BUT I know it was done right with integrity and pride in their work. The Mag hasn't handled this well in the rear since I bought it 10 years ago. It needs a lot of work but now I've finally found a place that I know will treat me right. I'll certainly be back and will recommend to everyone I know!! I seriously appreciate you guys! You took care of me the way all shops should with their customers! Dont ever change that environment, please!!

Got in truck today. Wouldn't start. Dead battery. Tundra truck, in garage, tight fit. Wife at work. No way to jump start. Talked to Josh Gilliam at Honest Wrenches about my situation. He reviewed my truck's service history and we both agreed the battery needed to be replaced. This required assistance from my wife, a neighbor, a friend, or a towing service - none convenient. Josh and the team talked about it briefly and came up with a solution. Josh would clock out early, come to my house with a new battery and install it for me. (I live a mile away from Honest Wrenches.) Honest Wrenches sent me a text to my phone that allowed me to pay for the service remotely. Josh showed up as promised with a new battery. Before my wife made it home from work, my truck was back in service. THAT'S customer service.
