Excellent customer service. These guys go out of their way to make your experience as good as possible. Love the inspection that they email you with a breakdown of everything inspected, and pictures to back it up. I have never seen anything like it outside of Honest Wrenches.

Fantastic service. These guys are extremely attentive to detail and seem to genuinely care about giving their customers the best customer service possible. They have the most detailed inspection system I've ever seen. They take pictures of everything to show you visually what needs attention. So many shops simply claim things, and some won't show you in person but these guys give you something tangible right away. They make recommendations but don't do work without your blessing. They changed the oil and rotated the tires on both my truck and my wife's car and the overall experience was great. I work nights so I stopped in right after work the past two days and dropped off. They shuttled me home so I could rest and let me come in at my own convenience to pick up. They email/text you an inspection report which is the best thing I've ever seen from a Mechanic's shop. They even leave you a bottle of water in your vehicle so you hwve a beverage when you leave. Can't say I've been to a shop that does better as far as customer service goes. I highly recommend them.

Always great service. All repairs done correctly and price was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises, just great quality work. Always helpful and informative with what is going on with my vehicle.

Honest wrenches were very helpful. They sent me pictures of what needed done and would make sure communication was clear and no surprises. Didn't try to sell me on different unnecessary fixes. Told me what did need to be fixed and when I should look at possible future repairs. I didn't get cheated on the prices because I went to a few places to get quotes on same repairs and they had the best communication and price.

Great service and prices! Super honest and transparant service, they don't try to upsell or rip you off. You get a lot of extras that other shops/dealerships would charge a lot for.

Since moving to Iowa 3 years ago, car maintenance was my most dreaded task because I always felt like they were trying to rip me off or sell me a service I didn’t need. Josh and his team are so thorough! He went over everything that my car will need but also put me at ease because not everything NEEDS done right now! Plus I was able to see how they keep track of what my car needs, and I’ve never experienced that kind of transparency in auto repair. They guarantee all their work!! Oh and how about a courtesy vehicle?! And he even put my son’s car seat in it for me and was just as concerned about his safety!! I could go on and on about the great experience, but you need to experience it yourself and never look back!

I would like to recommend this place to everyone, my friend Tim needed his engine repaired and timing checked, the prices are reasonable and the mechanics are great
