I live in Marshalltown and was in Des Moines visiting my daughter yesterday and had a tire problem with my car and was not sure who to call for help. My daughter's boyfriend recommended Honest Wrenches so I gave them a call. Josh G. saved the day and said to come over and he would put on my spare so I could get back home safely ! He squeezed me in immediately and I was out of there in no time. When I tried to pay for the generous service he said there was not charge! That is true service and I am forever grateful Thanks again!

Unbelievably friendly people. Awesome service, they offer a shuttle so you don’t have to arrange a ride of your own, and they’re incredibly transparent about the state of your car. I never felt pushed to pay for a service I wasn’t sure I needed. They explained what they saw, how severe it was, and the options I had. I’ve never had a better auto shop experience.

They diagnosed the initial problem. They could not duplicate the problem so they waived the fee. I have an appointment to diagnose the other problems, the diagnostic fees are fairly steep so I’m hopeful I will net spend a fortune in repairs.
