First time customer. My regular auto shop had a two week wait. I stopped in , and met Josh. My piickup needed major work done to the rear axle. They offered a ride back to my house so I could leave my truck to look at it. I had them fix it, they kept me informed of everything that was going on. Great customer service from the beginning to end. I love the feature of being able to text to confirm and they were able to work me in to the schedule nicely. When my car was finished, I got a text message with a link to the report and I was able to seal to someone who went line item by line item. Great place and will definitely return. I discovered an issue with my 2016 Lexus IS three days before I had to travel to MPLS. Justin and Brian were able to pick up my car faster than expected, follow up that night, and repair my car within the short time frame. In addition, everything including payment was done on mobile.
