First time customer with Honest Wrenches and I intend to be a repeat customer. Honest Wrenches provides excellent customer service, convenience and does a thorough job at a fair price. They picked up my car, provided photos with a detailed report, didn't pressure me or use scare tatics into services that were not needed yet and I could pay online. I don't know how they could make their process more convenient or better for a customer. All automotive shops should strive to be like them.
