It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a automotive place I have been too.. They we’re at the top of their game! They not only came and got my jeep because I had to start work before they were open, then they brought my jeep back to where I work because I wasn’t gonna get off on time. They came in and brought my Keys and the amount that I owed them, and I paid them in cash and then gave them a tip because I was so impressed!!! They did a full scan of my jeep, told me things that were great things, that you should think about, and things that should probably be done now! I have never had that done before. They were just very accommodating had a paper on my side of the driver side on the floor to protect my carpet which is not fancy but it was really cool and then a bottle of water which was just very impressive at the end of long day at work. Top notch!! My Dad was one of the original automotive teachers at DMACC and when I told him how you treated me even HE was impressed!! I will tell everyone of my experience and if there is something my Dad, husband, or Son can’t fix, I WILL come to Honest Wrenches for sure!! Thank you for such amazing service!! Dianne Wilkens

Excellent customer service! Went over all of the report top to bottom, laying out the options for the repairs, explaining their process in detail. I really appreciate that the provide photos of the inspection and the willingness to provide the why to the repairs needed.
