Took my car here because was looking for a local shop in West Des Moines that wasn't a one man shop, but also not a nationwide chain. I was very impressed with the inspection and the service. Paid to have an oil leak diagnosed and received a complimentary very thorough inspection which included images, videos, and a chart of what fluids should look like. The oil leak was repaired in a timely manner and all other services were performed. The delivered my vehicle back to me after I paid which was amazing. Price was not the cheapest, but also not outrageous. Definitely fair. *A bonus was two weeks after I was at this shop my car would not start. I took it back to have them look at it, and they tightened the battery cables for no charge. I trust these guys and will be returning.

The staff is so knowledgeable, and they do such a wonderful job! So happy I found these guys. After dealing with several shops and months of issues for my diesel equinox, I found these guys and finally got it fixed. The link they send to review the inspection is so helpful, it includes pictures and all the information about what is going on. They also have an impressive online system for payment and communication. They truly have the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I will definitely use these guys for any future needs.

Anti-theft was engaged and the car would not start. They worked until the fix was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Really appreciate the free ride if you drop your car off early enough. Service was a bit more expensive than previous places I’ve used, but they got the job done and did a great job of documenting what my car needed. The extra documentation was worth extra money.

Killed it from start to finish. Despite the amount of work my car needed (head gaskets and oil pan gasket, water pump and timing belt, alternator, starter and a fresh battery)they finished up very quick. Very thorough inspection told me what was wrong and what could potentially be an issue later. Awesome communication throughout and a free loaner! I have some more work that needs done and I will be back

Very thorough on explanation of What would happen and how it would happen. I knew exactly what to expect!! Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Loved the pics and information on the repairs but not pushy when I decided not to do anything at this time. Loved the pickup and delivery option as well!!! Just a dynamite experience for 1st impression and I will definitely be referring others and coming back!!
