Well I have to say...this place has a customer for life in me. I wanted to drop my work truck off at their West Des Moines location but it wasn’t open for business yet. They offered to come pick my vehicle up from our main office in WDSM and although there was a bit of miscommunication - they went above and beyond to pick my vehicle up, inspect and do the oil change and drop it back off - all in an afternoon. It was great and I can’t wait for their WDSM location to open. I’ll be bringing my work vehicle and personal vehicle there from now on. Good job y’all!

Actually this is a 5+ star review. I was in the customer service business for 25yrs, and I would say that I'm hard to impress. Honest Wrenches customer service is IMPRESSIVE, as is their work. Everything was explained to me in detail, and since I needed multiple things fixed, Justin was kind enough to give me his honest opinion as to what was the most urgent. He was extremely patient with all of my questions, and phone calls, and I never felt "taken advantage of". Honest Wrenches continuously kept in contact with me along the way, so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. They provided me with a loaner car, and even drove it to my house, as this was most convenient for me. I'm going to suggest that they start advertising their customer service as "legendary". I seriously can't recommend them enough!
