First time customer. My regular auto shop had a two week wait. I stopped in , and met Josh. My piickup needed major work done to the rear axle. They offered a ride back to my house so I could leave my truck to look at it. I had them fix it, they kept me informed of everything that was going on. Brought my truck in for a couple decent/major issues, a few minor ones, and they gave a detailed explanation of everything that was wrong. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to fix anything I didn’t want to and I paid exactly what I was quoted. My truck hasn’t ran this smooth in a long time. I won’t take my truck to anyone except the Honest Wrenches crew. 10/10, would recommend.

This was my first time to use Honest Wrenches and they were quick to respond to my on-line appointment request. They picked up and returned my car. They were very good about letting me know before pickup and when they'd be returning my car. Received a nice summary of the services and their check of the car along with a very professional call explaining it. The only suggestion I'd have on this is to maybe send a hard copy of this in the car upon delivery. I tried to print it later and couldn't connect to do that. I was also able to pay on-line so in this time of Covid, I was able to get the entire service without any contact. I will be using them again. Service: Oil change
