I encouraged my daughter to go talk to Honest Wrenches after she had a confusing recommendation from a local dealer service shop. She had taken her car to them for a "free" tire rotation and immediately after started hearing a noise from one of the wheels. Upon reinspection, the dealer said she needed to replace both front brake systems - pads and rotors - and wanted almost $1200.
