Recently introduced to Honest Wrenches by family, I am extremely impressed with the knowledge, experience, professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work from all employees of this shop. They're more than a shop, take pride in their work, and have excellent systems to communicate necessary maintenance so car owners don't have to remember, and you get a text with a link during the process with a simple guide of what work is needed and why, with explanatory pictures and videos to show you exactly what they are seeing. They have already corrected prior subpar work I have had done previously at other shops, showing me exactly what is wrong and how they do things differently to take meticulous care of your vehicle. I'm impressed, and will continue to come here and recommend them to everyone I know!

my wife took her car in do to carmax sending her there.185$ to see what was wrong with the brakes.to basically take a wheel off.they quoted her 2100$ to replace calipers,roters,brakes hoses and a wheel bearing. i get it and they gotta pay to keep the shop going but luckily she went and got her car . 850$ was another quote from another shop in town.in the end i bought the parts and my buddy ended up repairing it all and it took 2 hours.i just feel like they tried to bs my wife.im not to happy about it.and dont have a clue as to where they get 2100$ to do what was done in about 500$ in parts and 2 hours of work.so i wouldn’t recommend this place .

Amazing service, great guys, and trustworthy. Their inspection includes pictures, detailed explanations, and suggestions. They worked with me on what items were most important and what could wait, instead of pushing to do everything right then. Will definitely continue using them.
