I had them diagnose and fix a keyless ignition system problem. The car would not consistently start/stop when pressing the ignition button - it sometimes took up to 10 presses of the button before it would work. The feedback they gave me was that the push button was more or less worn out and they provided an excellent explanation and resolved the issue in a timely manner (ended up being a replacement of the malfunctioning part). The best part is they picked up the car at my house the morning of, worked on it, and then drove it back to me. This complementary pick-up service was a life savor as it allowed me to focus on my job instead of my broken car. I didn’t have to take any time off. Thanks again! Super great service.
