I sent a message on Thursday late afternoon, thinking I would hear back until the next day, I did get a response right away and had an appointment the next day. The other places I have taken my vehicle to didn’t respond that quick. I was given a text message with all the items that was checked. Along with the items that needs to be watched This is was something that I hadn’t received before this did include pictures. The people are great that work here. Make you want to come back if there’s any problem with your vehicle. They brought My husband back home and he didn’t have to wait. Every thing was very goo as far as our experience here.

Very clean shop and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This was our first time using Honest Wrenches and we will definitely be back. Josh our service writer was excellent to work with.

They did a great job and keep you informed the whole time. The pick up drop off was easy and it’s a fair price. No high pressure sales pitch, they tell what they feel needs done and let you decide.
