I went in last Monday as my daughters car was just a shakin down the interstate. Very scary when you have a few kiddos in the back. I took it in for her and they helped me immediately. Cleaned the snow out from the rims and balanced out the tires and sent me on my way. They made the whole interaction SO easy and stress free. Josh was the gentleman that helped me and I can't give him enough praise for doing this for me on such short notice. I talked to 3 others in the shop that day and they were all so nice and welcoming. Honest Wrenches went above and beyond great customer service once AGAIN. I have been a customer at Honest Wrenches for over three years and they never cease to amaze me with their customer service! This past week I procrastinated getting an oil change until the last minute and called and spoke to Josh in the office. I was worried because I don’t get off work in time to get my car— they offered to come and pick up my vehicle from my work and take it to the shop. When I was off work my vehicle was ready to go.
