Was recommended to Honest Wrenches for Ball Joint Repair and boy was I glad I found them. They got me in quickly and on my way with a free loaner vehicle. Working with Josh was a great experience as he went into detail regarding repairs needed. Honest Wrenches also uses a computerized report along with pictures of every issue they determine needs attention which I found reassuring. Being from a small Iowa town Honest Wrenches reminded me of dealing with a small town mechanic that you felt you could trust and actually care about you and keeping your vehicle on the road in tip top shape. I never write any reviews, but I sure do like to read them. I was blown away with Honest Wrenches just from the first phone call, that I had to leave my own review. I got a flyer in the mail with an amazing deal. An oil change/tire rotation & break inspection coupon for a whopping $24.99 + an additional $5.00 per tire. Knowing that I was due for an oil change I decided to give Honest Wrenches a call. The customer service I received over the phone was impeccable, the person I spoke with asked me how my day was, when it was most convenient for me to bring my vehicle in and offered me a free ride back home if I needed it, which I did. So I went ahead and made an appointment. I brought my car in and was immediately greeted with a smile and was handed some paperwork to fill out some questions about my car. After completing my paperwork Josh explained to me everything that they would be looking at and showed me what to expect once my car was completed. They send you photos and descriptions of EVERYTHING! They are very thorough with their inspection, and SO polite. The other Josh gave me a ride back to my house and told me that if I needed a ride anywhere else to give him a call while my car was being worked on. Once my car was ready they gave me a call and sent my husband and I a text messages with photos of everything they found and pictures, we were both super impressed and have never experienced something like this. I went to pick up my car and realized I forgot my coupon at home, they told me it was okay and they would honor the coupon price as long as I could bring it back that week and drop it off in their mailbox. They even gave my neighbor who dropped me off a $5.00 dollar off coupon and each of us 2 koozies just because my neighbor dropped me off. After paying I got in my car and a complementary water bottle with a card was waiting for me in the cup holder, It honestly is just the little things! I also noticed that my car runs a lot better now. Their name is very fitting, they really are Honest! I will be recommending all of my friends and family to them. They have earned a new customer for life! Thank you to everyone that did an amazing job on my car and provided me with incredible service! You guys rock. Keep up the good work!!

So many reasons I trust (& enjoy) Honest Wrenches: 1. They will inspect your entire vehicle, taking photos and videos, and load into a database where they can keep track of everything that is good, things that need an eye kept on them, and things that need immediate attention. They keep track of these so we don't have to! 2.They will pick up your car, work on it, and deliver it back to you without charging for the pick up and drop off service! SO helpful for this hectic life! 3. These guys are friends who went to a college in the area and obviously have a passion for doing car maintenance and repair right and on the cutting edge for their community. 4. I've never received a quote that was unreasonable in price. They are up front with how much repairs will cost before they do any work. 5. They have a comfortable lobby area with free beverages - they don't mind if you sit and wait for your car while working on homework (great study spot with wifi). 6. Sometimes you get Honest Wrenches SWAG, like koozies or water bottles. 7. The people are kind, thorough, and fun to be around. When you walk in, you feel like family. So impressed by this business.
