I went for an oil change a couple of months ago, and I stopped in today and Josh was kind enough to make sure my car did'nt need oil, even though the idiot light was on, sure enough it did'nt. He has his tech reset my idiot light, and air my tires to specs, all free of charge!!! I will be returning to Honest Wrenches. It's not too many places that will do anything free of charge!! Every part of the experience -- from scheduling the appointment, to complimentary car pickup & drop off, to reviewing the service report, and making payment -- was so easy! The actual service for my vehicle was exceptional too. I got an easy-to-digest report with recommendations, and a phone call to discuss what I wanted to move forward with, plus I had a chance to ask any questions. This was a great place to take my car. I dealt with Andrew and he was fantastic! Setting up my appointment online was a breeze. Night drop off was simple. Oil change and inspection went great. Pickup was awesome and efficient. I was complimented on how well I take care of my car. I'm glad to return, just wish I would have went sooner!
