They sent me a link to review the inspection and suggestions before starting the work. They contacted me to let me know the job was complete and how I could pay. It was dropped off for me and everything went great. Reasonable price and easy to work with.

Reasonable rates, excellent communication throughout the day while they were evaluating my car and answering questions, recommending appropriate services, saying things like “we could do this for you or you can do it yourself pretty easily” goes a long way. Picking up my car and delivering it back is priceless to me and my Schedule. Also the thorough review and inspection Report they send is much appreciated.

Can’t recommend Honest Wrenches enough! I took my 2003 Jeep in for an oil change, knowing I was due for many 100k mi maintenance, on a limited budget, Shaun was incredibly helpful in helping me prioritize what needed to be done ASAP and what can be done in the near future. The biggest factor that gained my trust in Honest Wrenches was how thorough their work was. My front left wheel has been creating a grinding noise for some time-I’ve taken it to many mechanics for inspection- one shop told me the sound was coming from wind hitting my overhead lights with the top down…It took less than a day for Shaun to figure out the problem was with my breaks and he fixed the issue without overcharging me for an additional repair. My Jeep went in feeling like an old cranky lady, and I picked her up feeling revived and back to her good ol’ healthy self. Very happy with the service from Honest Wrenches, they went above and beyond and will be my go to for automotive service moving forward.

I don't write reviews but I just had too. When my dealership was booked for a month in terms of service and I couldn't find any other local places to help me, my friend told me to call Honest Wrenches. I called and Andrew was on the phone ready to help me out. He had a tow service and a plan for me in minutes. The tow service was there in less than an hour to help me. Here's the kicker. They found out the problem and fixed it. My car didn't need to be towed. I called Andrew back to see how we handle a situation like this and he told me everything was fine and that I did not need to worry about it. Honest Wrenches. They live up to their name.

These guys have 100% accountability in their work. Had all 4 rotors and calipers replaced last year, recently something went wrong with the ABS sensor causing lateral scoring and without batting an eye they replaced the Rotors and pan under warranty. Excellent service
