I took my car to honest wrenches because the engine light was still on after 4 weeks of being at stew hansen! Came to find out my hoses were connected wrong and the turbo was installed incorrectly. All their staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’ve owned several different cars over the years and been to several repair shops, and I can honestly say this one is my favorite. They took photos of what was wrong with my vehicle so I could view it online for myself (which alone would be helpful if I had any idea what to look for lol — they were kind enough to draw arrows on it with where the issues were they were referring to ), updated me several times through the process with where they thought the problem was, and double checked with me before replacing things that weren’t necessary to do that day. They have loaner vehicles and a shuttle service to help people get around while their car is getting worked on, and really do go above and beyond for their customers. I grew up in a pretty small town, and this shop reminds me so much of the type of looking out for each other people do back home. If you need repairs done, they’re the place to go!

Shout out to Honest Wrenches! They fixed my sensor issue (caused by another shop) in less than 30 minutes and confirmed my battery was fine. They went over everything with me and explained it simply and thoroughly. They truly live up to their name and their customer service is amazing. They’re the only place I trust with my car.

Honest Wrenches was upfront about pricing and let me decide what I would pay for to repair. Prices were pretty much in line with what one would expect to pay for the services. The best thing is the pictures they sent. I could see that the repairs they made were necessary and done to my request.

Sean and his team were great with communicating what my car needed without pushing for services to be completed immediately, allowing for a pressure free decision. They were also very accommodating for shuttling me to and from work. Highly recommend.

Thanks for fixing my old truck. Can you disconnect the parking brake. It gets stuck and you can't release it. Would it cost very much?

Everyone we dealt with here is incredibly nice. Asked for an oil change and diagnosis for a bad engine noise. They determined the engine is probably ruined and since it's under warranty we should take it to the dealer. And they didn't change the oil because there's no use if the engine is going to be replaced. Seems pretty honest to me.
