I’ve never had such a positive experience with a mechanic like I had with Honest Wrenches. They did a thorough inspection and found the issue right away. They fixed it at a good price, and let me know what else I could expect for maintenance in the coming months/years via their detailed inspection. They didn’t push additional repairs and explained everything in easy to understand verbiage. Genuine people who don’t try and nickel and dime you, but rather focus on building a long-term relationship and make you want to work with them again. Bonus points that they were super kind and explained everything AGAIN to my wife so that she felt comfortable and understood. No this was not a paid review, I just really loved these guys! Will definitely be going back.

When the mechanic who serviced our Highlander called to say our car was ready, he first talked about everything that was in good condition and congratulated me on how well I was maintaining the vehicle. He said that the engine's air filter was ready to be replaced if I wanted him to do that. He sent photos to back up every thing we discussed. What a refreshing change from the list of things that need to be addressed I have received from other shops.

Performed thorough "check engine" light diagnostic. Provided a very detailed report and possible remedies. All done at a fair price and timely manner. Justin is great to work with and answered all my questions. Will return for additional service in the future.
