I used Honest Wrenches' Valpak coupons to for a full synthetic engine oil change for two of my vehicles as my very first dealing with HW. With the coupons, price was competitive at around $66 with need for my vehicles V6 extra oil. What comes with this oil change is a detailed/thorough overall check on the vehicle (up to a point of course) with a written report with pictures. Then, a good conversation about the findings. In summary, I found HW to be thorough, honest and easy to deal with. Main reason for the 4/5 stars is cost. They're not shy about stating the fact that they won't be the cheapest in town. Part of their business model is to provide certain amenities such as pick up/drop off services since they don't generally allow customers to hang around the shop while their vehicle is being worked on. So, at this stage, I cannot speak to the quality of their repairs beyond the oil change.

I came to you to get an estimate on why my car is still leaking. All is good except I requested a copy of what you found wrong. $4000 to %7000 is quite a bit large . No warning lights have come on . My car is a 2011 model and ineed to decide if I want to repair it or sell and get another car. Other than not getting a copy of the estimated repairs, I received good service.

All the employees are great, they offer a shuttle service to/from work and do an entire vehicle inspection at every visit!

Honest Wrenches does fantastic work and awesome job of customer service! They send you a text with items that need attention on your car. They are not pushy insisting you need to fix it now, they talk through the items that need attention with you. I have my two daughters going to Honest Wrenches for their oil changes and work! I will recommend them to everyone!

I was in a bind after a late night excursion to the emergency vet in a snow storm. I thought I had a fuel leak and needed to find someone to make the repair and receive a tow. A basic google search lead me to them and they were awesome! They send a full report of your inspection and payment via text and had a driver deliver my car back to me, all within 24 hours. Hard to find good help always and their efficiency was much appreciated!
