They lived up to the name and provided me with complete transparency on my vehicle. I’ve always feared taking my car into places because I’m worried about being overcharged or told I need services that I don’t truly need. They reported to me that my car was in great condition, did what needed to be done, addressed all my concerns, took photos of everything and sent them to me after they did an inspection on it. I was charged less than initial quoted because it didn’t take as long as anticipated. I also would like to note that it was absolutely pristine within the building and they had water available for their customers. I will be taking my car here for any needs I may have going forward and you should too. 🙂

I found Honest Wrenches to be professional, straightforward, communicative, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. After running a diagnostic, I found that my used diesel pickup required more service than I thought, service that other shops had over looked. Honest Wrenches repaired all of the problems and it now runs as it should. I know that my truck will last a lot longer than I would normally expect and I plan on keeping it for a long time. It may have cost more than usual, but I never balk when I pay for quality.

HW replaced my oil pan and brakes on my Honda. They did a great job, communicated with me better than any shop ever has, and did quality work in a timely fashion. Will definitely use again.
