It is hard to judge the performance of a repair shop to an unqualified person, so I will share my experience. First, I just showed up to the shop. My car check engine light was on and was acting really weird. They were booked a week out. They asked me if I was flexible and I said I didn't have anything else to drive. They didn't have a loaner, but tried to figure something out. They really went out of their way to get me something to drive and fit my car in to get looked at. The most important part for me was communication. They called when they said they would and kept me posted on the progress. They gave me a very detailed inspection and a list of recommendations. They let me choose what I wanted to have done, gave me advice, and the final cost was less than the estimate. My car is back to running good and I have a list of things I might want to do in the future. So the five star is for going out of their way to help. Staying in constant communication. Even dropping my car off at my work when it was done. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants the kind of experience I had.
