Well I have to say...this place has a customer for life in me. I wanted to drop my work truck off at their West Des Moines location but it wasn’t open for business yet. They offered to come pick my vehicle up from our main office in WDSM and although there was a bit of miscommunication - they went above and beyond to pick my vehicle up, inspect and do the oil change and drop it back off - all in an afternoon. It was great and I can’t wait for their WDSM location to open. I’ll be bringing my work vehicle and personal vehicle there from now on. Good job y’all! Worked on my Jetta, replacing MAP sensor, and the PCV. Slight delay on parts, understandable, used genuine VW parts to replace. Kept in contact the whole time, informing me when parts arrived to when it was done! Bonus is having the 5 year warranty! I've had this problem before on the jetta and been repaired elsewhere. From the moment I called until work was completed 5 star top notch service. I rarely find a repair shop who explains and provides as much detail. Our family knows cars, we do some repair maintenance ourselves but know when to call an expert. I was treated exactly like that. No dumbing down, no big sales pitch. Very professional staff who performed our repair in timely fashion at a reasonable cost. They completed a thorough check of the entire engine and sent us a detailed report with pictures of each item.
