Well I have to say...this place has a customer for life in me. I wanted to drop my work truck off at their West Des Moines location but it wasn’t open for business yet. They offered to come pick my vehicle up from our main office in WDSM and although there was a bit of miscommunication - they went above and beyond to pick my vehicle up, inspect and do the oil change and drop it back off - all in an afternoon. It was great and I can’t wait for their WDSM location to open. I’ll be bringing my work vehicle and personal vehicle there from now on. Good job y’all! Honest Wrenches sent me a flyer with a very good offer for an oil change. They honored the discounted price and also did a complete check of my vehicle at no additional expense. They provide an email with the evaluation of the vehicle that includes pictures of the various items checked by them. They provide a graded list of suggested repairs and call you with the price to do the recommended work. I passed on the repairs suggested and they didn't pressure me to do them.
