From the moment I called until work was completed 5 star top notch service. I rarely find a repair shop who explains and provides as much detail. Our family knows cars, we do some repair maintenance ourselves but know when to call an expert. I was treated exactly like that. No dumbing down, no big sales pitch. Ya, spark plugs are bad but hubby can do that just fine. My new repair shop, it’s been a long time since I found a place as honest and through as these guys.

My daughter's car broke down in Des Moines during a trip and we were referred to Honest Wrenches for service. They were indeed "honest" and open about repair options and went so far as to find a replacement engine in Indiana. Ultimately we elected to scrap the vehicle which they also took care of. Went in for a oil change and they were exceptional! Even offer rides and loaner vehicles if your vehicle needs serviced. Gave me a full diagnostic of my vehicle and went over everything in clear detail, even gave me tips on how to fix the short in my headlight!
